XI edition of an international business competition for high school students.

In the first stage, we will test your practical business knowledge and how well you can research and find information.

Each team will receive a test with 16 closed and 4 open questions on entrepreneurship, management, economics, marketing and current business news. You will have 7 days to solve it and submit your answers.

Solutions must be the team's own work. Answers generated entirely by artificial intelligence will result in disqualification.

The 15 highest-scoring teams from each country advance to the second stage. All registered participants can also join an online workshop on ESG.

The second stage takes place online in English and consists of a two-part case study. You will step into the role of startup founders and develop your own business idea that addresses a real social problem.

Part 1: report. Within 7 days, you will prepare a report describing your product, market analysis and implementation strategy (0–40 points).

Part 2: presentation. Within 3 days, you will prepare a presentation and deliver it live online to an international jury: 20 minutes of presentation and about 15 minutes of questions (0–60 points).

During this stage, you can join online workshops and get tips from participants of previous editions. The 2 best teams from each country advance to the International Final.

The final in Warsaw brings together 8 teams: the top 2 from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary.

Finalists will take part in workshops on self-presentation and negotiation, then step into the role of business consultants to solve a case study and present their solution to an international jury of academic and business experts.

The final ends with a gala where the prizes are awarded: €3,000 for 1st place, €2,000 for 2nd place and €1,000 for 3rd place. The organiser covers travel and accommodation for finalists and guardians of underage participants.

After the final, all finalists join the High School Business Coaching programme: three online sessions with a business mentor, completed with a certificate.
