All you have to do is sign up on the entry form. If you are competing with a team, the form is filled in by your chosen team leader, if you are competing individually, fill in the appropriate form yourself and we will find you a team.

The competition consists of two national stages and the International Final in Warsaw. The first stage is an online test (16 closed and 4 open questions) which teams have 7 days to solve. The second stage is a two-part online case study: a report and a presentation to a jury. The top 15 teams from each country advance to the second stage, and the top 2 teams from each country advance to the Final. After the Final, finalists join the High School Business Coaching mentoring programme. More details about each stage can be found here.
The first stage of the competition will be held in the participants’ native languages. The National Stage and the International Final will be held in English
Teams should have between 3 and 5 members.
The team can consist of people from different schools and cities, but they have to study in the same country.
No. Participant may only be a member of one team.
No, participation in the competition is completely free of charge, moreover, the organizers cover the costs of transport and stay at the International Final of the competition!
Yes, the answers for the first, on-line stage will be publicized after the deadline to submit them. On the higher stages we are not sharing answers, only questions, as case studies require individual approach and do not have one right answer.
Financial prizes are awarded to the podium teams of the International Final: €3,000 for 1st place, €2,000 for 2nd place and €1,000 for 3rd place. Prizes are reduced by a 10% flat-rate income tax, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
